What are Mind Power Affirmations ?

Mind Power is ultimately the latent power of your subconscious mind which is tough to explore.It can’t be measured in usual power metrics yet is very much capable of producing effects which may seem impossible by our current capabilities.Many people commonly confuse brain power with mind power. However, these are two separate entities. Brain power is what we use in our daily lives to complete tasks such as breathing, eating, sleeping, working, and so on. The brain is a very real and tangible object. The mind is also very real,but it is intangible making the possibility of its power greater.

The mind has two parts which are the conscious mind and the unconscious mind. The conscious mind is everything that is inside of our awareness.This means that any feelings, emotions, sensations, memories, perceptions or anything that you can think about or talk about take place in your conscious mind.The unconscious mind is everything that is outside of our awareness. This means that any feelings, emotions, memories, thoughts, fantasies,and so on are things that you are unaware of taking place in your unconscious mind, but they still affect your everyday life.

Working towards improving your subconscious mind is one of toughest job to do. There is no magic pill to it.All the experiences in your childhood & your reaction to them are stored in your subconscious.So, if you are talking about replacing the patterns of your mind, then I am not sure if that would work. There are many literature about training your subconscious mind; they are mostly based on affirmations. Affirmations works only for some people as it requires you to be completely connect with to those words with all your positive emotions.However, there is another way. I personally believe this is something which is little easy to accept & work on it.It is said that, whatever you feed your mind in you daily activities, those make a place in your subconscious mind.

Methods to Practice for better Mind Power 

  1. Deep Meditation : Probably the most widely utilized technique, short daily meditations simply work wonders in calming down your mind, acquiring laser focus and relieving stress. If there is one mind-improving routine you want to do, meditation is it.
  2. Power Mind : Not necessarily a technique, but I still believe it has its place here. There is a handy little software I've fallen in love with recently called PowerMind Subliminal. What it does is it basically flashes subliminal affirmations on the screen of your computer.
  3. Better Visualization : Hands down the most powerful technique at your disposal if you want to achieve a very particular goal.Best done after a meditation session, you perform visualization by closing your eyes and envisioning the goal you want to achieve in as much detail as possible as if you have already achieved it in that moment. 
  4. Reading Great Literature : Read as much as you can about success & failures. Read about great people, how they got there, what did they do. The more you read, the more your mind will start thinking in a positive way.
  5. Follow Great People : By meditate, I didn’t mean sitting and closing your eyes, but the thinking & understanding the content that you have read. This will help you to find your way of doing things.
  6. Proper Plan for Goals : This is not a part of your question, however as you are asking about success,I am sure you are having certain goals in your life. So, make sure you make a proper plan to achieve them. 

 It is believed that the most effective subconscious mind power technique that exists today is one that has a deep impact on the individual. This will largely depend on each person since some people are avid learners while others are auditory or visual.They key is to know which method suits your learning style and adapt it to suit you. When your subconscious mind finds that you are actually taking steps to prove the old beliefs wrong it can allow new beliefs to be suggested to it. In other words use suggestions right after you take actions instead of using them without taking any actions.
